GREENFIELDS is the best choice for homebuyers and investors to buy, according to some real estate agents.
In a recent listing of top suburbs, Ausnet Real Estate Group chairman Alan Hancock selected Greenfields as an excellent pick for those looking to buy their first property, with older homes available for under $300,000.
Real Estate Institute of WA Peel president Nick Giannini said Greenfields had many advantages over other parts of Mandurah.
“Greenfields is close to the train station and the shopping precincts.” he said. “The Health Campus isn’t far away and the schools are close,” he said. “It’s the pick of Mandurah.”
Mr Giannini said Greenfields was a safe bet for the next four to five years during the current economic turmoil. “Greenfields has no huge falls if the market drops,” he said.
Mr Giannini said renting in Greenfields also offered greater yields.
