BROOKE Stone Real Estate in Joondalup has made it to the final round of the Innovation Award in the 17th WA Telstra Business Awards.
Brooke Stone operations manager Lesley Flaherty said it was incredible to be recognised by a company such as Telstra.
“We’ve worked very hard over the years to get to this point, so it’s very gratifying to be recognised,” she said.
Brooke Stone Real Estate, established in 1996, specialises in renting fully furnished rooms, primarily to university students, and recently expanded by employing three more staff.
Telstra Business Group managing director Deena Shiff said Brooke Stone Real Estate had joined an elite group of Australia’s best small businesses.
“Brooke Stone Real Estate, a boutique agency established to provide accommodation for international students, is a great example of the type of business we want to support,” she said.
No strangers to award success, Brooke Stone Real Estate was named Business of the Year and was a finalist in the customer service and innovation categories in the Edith Cowan University North West Metro Small Business Awards in late May.
